The animal oif your friend is definitely J.splendida
This one is pregnant and the eggs should be fertil (because of wild caught)

Like we see on your friend´s picuteres, you/your friend should improve the keeping condition, otherwise she can´t lay the eggs and will die.
They (all Japalura!) need deep and very wet bedding (/ground?), ~12-15cm deep and a lot of natural(!) wet plants (you have to mist twice a day). The following is difficult to describe, if you don´t know the translation, Japaluraneed a trickle, water flowing slowly down a wall or something to lay in and be flown by water (sorry for my English)

If the japalura of your friend lays the eggs, incubate them on really wet vermiculite and constant 27°C.
